Shipping policy
At TdeT, every order is carefully prepared to ensure reliable and transparent shipping. Below you will find all the information regarding our delivery terms and conditions.
1. Delivery Areas
TdeT ships its products to the destinations listed among the countries available at the time the order is placed.
Eligible delivery countries are automatically displayed at checkout. If your country does not appear in the list provided, this means that delivery is not available to that destination.
2. Carriers
Orders are shipped using the following carriers:
• Colissimo
• Mondial Relay
• Chronopost
The choice of carrier depends in particular on:
• the destination
• the weight or volume of the parcel
• the delivery method selected
TdeT reserves the right to select the carrier best suited to each shipment.
3. Order Processing Times
Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During periods of high activity (sales, launches, special promotions, Black Friday), an additional processing time may exceptionally apply.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
• European Union: 3 to 7 business days
• International: 5 to 12 business days
These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:
• logistical constraints
• the destination
• customs formalities
• exceptional circumstances beyond our control
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery will take place no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the order, unless otherwise agreed. In accordance with applicable regulations, TdeT remains responsible for the proper performance of the delivery until the parcel is effectively handed over to the customer.
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are determined according to:
• the destination country
• the weight and/or volume of the items
• the delivery method selected
The exact amount of the applicable delivery charges is indicated before the order is finally confirmed. Applicable delivery charges are shown inclusive of all taxes.
Delivery is free for orders of €69 or more to a collection point, where applicable.
Due to their specific characteristics (high weight, unusual dimensions or logistical constraints), certain products may be subject to additional delivery charges. Where applicable, these charges will be clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
• a tracking number
• a link allowing you to track the shipment of your parcel
It is the customer's responsibility to regularly check the tracking information for their shipment.
7. Receipt of the Parcel
Upon receipt, the customer is required to check the condition of the parcel and its contents.
In the event of:
• a damaged parcel
• a missing product
• damage noted upon delivery
The customer must make precise reservations with the carrier and contact customer service within thirty (30) days.
If no reservations are made at the time of delivery, the carrier's liability may be invoked. The absence of reservations upon delivery does not exclude the application of statutory warranties, particularly in the event of a non-conforming or damaged product.
8. Delivery Delays
If the legal delivery deadline is exceeded, the customer may formally request that TdeT complete the delivery within a reasonable period.
If delivery does not take place within this new period, the customer may request termination of the contract in accordance with Articles L.216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
No automatic compensation may be granted in the event of a delay attributable to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Unclaimed Parcels or Incorrect Information
If a parcel is returned to TdeT for any of the following reasons:
• incorrect or incomplete address
• recipient unavailable
• failure to collect the parcel within the required period
Reshipping costs may be charged to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information provided when placing the order is accurate.
10. Transfer of Risk
In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer when the customer (or a third party designated by them) physically takes possession of the goods.
In the event of a loss reported by the carrier, an investigation may be opened with the carrier to determine the circumstances of the loss, without prejudice to the customer's rights to obtain a solution in accordance with applicable regulations.
11. International Deliveries and Customs Charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or administrative charges may be imposed by local authorities.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are governed by the regulations of the destination country. TdeT cannot be held responsible for these additional costs.
12. Force Majeure
TdeT cannot be held liable for any delay or inability to deliver resulting from a force majeure event, including:
• strikes
• natural disasters
• logistical disruptions
• administrative decisions
• public health emergencies
• events beyond its control
