Delivery

At TdeT, every order is carefully prepared to ensure reliable and transparent shipping. Below you will find all the information relating to our delivery terms.

1. Delivery areas

TdeT ships its products to the destinations listed among the countries available when placing your order.

Countries eligible for delivery are automatically displayed at checkout. If your country does not appear in the list provided, this means that delivery is not available to that destination.

Orders to Switzerland and the United Kingdom are processed upon request. To offer you the best delivery and billing terms, please contact us by email at contact@tdet.fr before placing your order.

2. Carriers

Orders are shipped using the following carriers:
• Colissimo
• Mondial Relay
• Chronopost

The carrier is selected based in particular on:
• the destination
• the weight or volume of the parcel
• the selected delivery method

TdeT reserves the right to select the carrier best suited to each shipment.

3. Order processing times

Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During periods of high activity (sales, launches, special promotions, Black Friday), an additional processing time may exceptionally apply.

4. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
• European Union: 3 to 7 business days
• International: 5 to 12 business days

These times are indicative and may vary depending on:
• logistical constraints
• the destination
• customs formalities
• exceptional circumstances beyond our control

In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery takes place no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the order, unless otherwise agreed. In accordance with applicable regulations, TdeT remains responsible for the proper performance of the delivery until the parcel is effectively handed over to the customer.

5. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are determined based on:
• the destination country
• the weight and/or volume of the items
• the selected delivery method

The exact applicable delivery costs are shown before the final confirmation of the order. Applicable delivery costs are shown inclusive of all taxes.

Delivery is free for orders from €69 to a parcel shop, where applicable.

Due to their specific characteristics (high weight, particular dimensions or logistical constraints), certain products may be subject to additional delivery charges. Where applicable, these charges will be clearly stated before the order is confirmed.

6. Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
• a tracking number
• a link allowing you to track the parcel

It is the customer's responsibility to regularly check the tracking information for their shipment.

7. Receipt of the parcel

Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the parcel and its contents.

In the event of:
• a damaged parcel
• a missing product
• visible damage
The customer must make precise reservations with the carrier and contact customer service within thirty (30) days.

If no reservations are made upon delivery, the carrier's liability may be invoked. The absence of reservations upon delivery does not exclude the application of statutory warranties, particularly in the event of a non-conforming or damaged product.

8. Delivery delays

If the statutory delivery period is exceeded, the customer may formally require TdeT to complete the delivery within a reasonable period.

If delivery does not take place within this new period, the customer may request termination of the contract in accordance with Articles L.216-2 and following of the French Consumer Code.

No automatic compensation may be granted in the event of a delay attributable to the carrier, unless otherwise provided by law.

9. Unclaimed parcels or incorrect information

If a parcel is returned to TdeT for any of the following reasons:
• incorrect or incomplete address
• recipient absent
• failure to collect the parcel within the required time

Redelivery costs may be charged to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

10. Transfer of risk

In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer when the customer (or a designated third party) physically takes possession of the goods.

In the event of a loss reported by the carrier, an investigation may be opened with the carrier to determine the circumstances of the loss, without prejudice to the customer's rights to obtain a solution in accordance with applicable regulations.

11. International deliveries and customs charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees may be charged by local authorities.

These costs are exclusively payable by the customer and are governed by the regulations of the destination country. TdeT cannot be held responsible for these additional costs.

12. Force majeure

TdeT shall not be held liable for any delay or inability to deliver resulting from a force majeure event, including:
• strike
• natural disaster
• logistical disruption
• administrative decision
• public health crisis
• event beyond its control
