Delivery
At TdeT, each order is carefully prepared to ensure reliable and transparent shipping. Below you will find all the information regarding delivery methods.
1. Delivery Zones
TdeT ships its products to the destinations listed in the available countries at the time of order confirmation.
Eligible countries for delivery are automatically displayed at checkout. If your country is not on the list, it means that delivery is not available for that destination.
2. Carriers
Orders are shipped by the following carriers:
• Colissimo
• Mondial Relay
• Chronopost
The choice of carrier depends on:
• the destination
• the weight or volume of the package
• the selected delivery method
TdeT reserves the right to select the most suitable carrier for each shipment.
3. Preparation Times
Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days from the order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During periods of high activity (sales, launches, special operations, Black Friday), an additional delay may exceptionally apply.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
• European Union: 3 to 7 business days
• International: 5 to 12 business days
These times are indicative and may vary depending on:
• logistical constraints
• the destination
• customs formalities
• exceptional circumstances beyond our control
In accordance with article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code, delivery occurs no later than thirty (30) days from the order, unless otherwise specifically agreed. In accordance with current regulations, TdeT remains responsible for the proper execution of delivery until the package is effectively handed over to the customer.
5. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are determined based on:
• the destination country
• the weight and/or volume of the items
• the chosen delivery method
The exact amount of applicable fees is indicated before the final order confirmation. Applicable delivery fees are indicated inclusive of all taxes.
Free delivery is offered for orders over €69 to a relay point, if applicable.
Due to their specific characteristics (high weight, particular dimensions, or logistical constraints), some products may incur additional delivery charges. When applicable, these charges are clearly specified before order confirmation.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to you containing:
• a tracking number
• a link to track the package's progress
It is the customer's responsibility to regularly check the tracking of their shipment.
7. Package Reception
Upon receipt, the customer is required to check the condition of the package and its contents.
In case of:
• damaged package
• missing product
• observed damage
The customer must make precise reservations with the carrier and contact customer service within thirty (30) days.
Without reservations made upon delivery, the carrier's liability may be engaged. The absence of reservations upon delivery does not exclude the application of legal guarantees, particularly in the event of a non-compliant or damaged product.
8. Delivery Delay
If the legal delivery time is exceeded, the customer may formally request TdeT to deliver within a reasonable period.
If delivery does not occur within this new period, the customer may request the termination of the contract in accordance with articles L.216-2 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
No automatic compensation can be granted in the event of a delay attributable to the carrier, unless otherwise provided by law.
9. Unclaimed Package or Incorrect Information
If a package is returned to TdeT for the following reasons:
• incorrect or incomplete address
• recipient absent
• not picked up within the time limit
Reshipping costs may be charged to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided during the order.
10. Transfer of Risks
In accordance with article L.216-4 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer when the customer (or a designated third party) physically takes possession of the goods.
In the event of a loss declared by the carrier, an investigation may be opened with the carrier to determine the circumstances of the loss, without prejudice to the customer's rights to obtain a solution compliant with regulations.
11. International Deliveries and Customs Fees
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may be required by local authorities.
These costs are exclusively borne by the customer and fall under the regulations of the destination country. TdeT cannot be held responsible for these additional costs.
12. Force Majeure
TdeT cannot be held responsible for any delay or impossibility of delivery resulting from a case of force majeure, including:
• strike
• natural disaster
• logistical disruption
• administrative decision
• health crisis
• event beyond its control
